Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute golf sales events, tournaments, wedding/gathering and MICE. This includes scheduling, logistics, catering arrangements, player registration, sponsorship coordination, and managing on-site activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to exceed their expectations.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities by reaching out to corporate clients, event planners, community organizations and wedding organizer.
  • Prepare detailed event proposals, including pricing, packages, and services offered. Negotiate terms with clients to secure bookings and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and marketing campaigns to attract potential clients and increase event bookings.
  • Work within set budgets for each event and ensure cost-effectiveness in all aspects of event planning, while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with golf course staff, F&B teams, and other departments to ensure smooth event operations and excellence service delivery.

Requirements

  • Age max 42 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent.
  • Has experience in event planning, sales, or hospitality, with a focus on golf-related events is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a sales manager required.
  • Sales-driven mindset of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
