Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the clubhouse in excellent condition
  • Manage the operation, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical and electrical systems
  • Plan and oversee project and renovation, refurbishment, and improvement projects
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and orderliness throughout the clubhouse and its facilities
  • Implement and supervise security measures to safeguard the facility, visitors and assets
  • Develop and manage the facilities department budget, allocating resources efficiently to meet maintenance and operational needs

Requirements

  • Age max 42 years old
  • Hold minimum Bachelor Degree of any major
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Candidates should demonstrate their ability to provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to guests
  • Active listening, problem-solving, maintaining a positive attitude, and going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations
  • Candidates who can adapt to changing situations, handle unexpected challenges, and adjust their approach based on guest needs are highly valuable
  • Strong communication skills are vital
  • Interpersonal skills such as empathy, teamwork, and collaboration are essential for creating a positive and harmonious work environment
