Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversees all aspects of the financial management of the property while supporting all HOD’s and departments on all matters related to finance including; Annual budget preparation, daily, weekly and monthly reporting, compliance with all internal financial accounting policies and procedures.
- Develops and maintains all financial accounting systems for accounts payable, receivable, credit control and petty cash.
- Works closely with clubs internal/external auditors for compliance. Supports all HOD’s on revenue management/control.
- Assigned projects: Besides general accounting, works with GM on strategic plan. Pre-opening budget and monthly reports. Capex plan and asset register setup, Monthly cost Saving & Revenue Generation Reports.
Requirements
- Age max 42 years old
- Hold minimum Bachelor Degree of Accounting/Finance/Management
- Proven working experience as a Finance Controller
- 3+ years of overall combined accounting & finance experience
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Preferably have experience in Golf Business or Hospitality
- Willing to work in Lido (Bogor)
