Financial Controller Manager (Golf)

• Oversees all aspects of the financial management of the property while supporting all HOD’s and departments on all matters related to finance including; Annual budget preparation, daily, weekly and monthly reporting, compliance with all internal financial accounting policies and procedures.
• Develops and maintains all financial accounting systems for accounts payable, receivable, credit control and petty cash.
• Works closely with clubs internal/external auditors for compliance. Supports all HOD’s on revenue management/control.
• Assigned projects: Besides general accounting, works with GM on strategic plan. Pre-opening budget and monthly reports. Capex plan and asset register setup, Monthly cost Saving & Revenue Generation Reports.

Requirements

• Age max 42 years old
• Hold minimum Bachelor Degree of Accounting/Finance/Management
• Proven working experience as a Finance Controller
• 3+ years of overall combined accounting & finance experience
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Preferably have experience in Golf Business or Hospitality
• Willing to work in Lido (Bogor)
