Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute projects about campaign & activities for communicating & positioning ASRI as desirable employer
  • Create & implement communication plan for employer branding purposes with emphasizes on executing social media campaign
  • Ensure timely & effective advertising of new job posts
  • Improve & suggest new campaign, projects, communication channels & activities in order to ensure continuity of preferred employer status & attract best candidates for hiring
  • Manage partnerships & cooperation with academic sector, student organizations, and other institutions
  • Plan, organize, and execute employer branding events

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree of Visual Communication Design / Communication / Marketing / Psychology / related subjects
  • Minimum 1 years experience in related field
  • Have in depth knowledge of current digital marketing trends, social media strategy and platforms
  • Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format
  • Preferably able to use English in professional setting
  • Good knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, Capcut would be a huge benefit
