Job Description
Provide technical support to Ambassadeurs and Guests for hardware and software issues, both in person and remotely. Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems promptly to minimise downtime and disruptions.
Profile
Diploma in IT or equivalent with at least 3 years’ experience in relevant field.
Computer Savvy with the ability to work independently.
Excellent Communication and technical skills.
