System Integrations Analyst

This position is ideal for a highly motivated and technically adept individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration between our systems and those of our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire project lifecycle, from understanding client requirements to post-launch support.

Job Duties

• Identify technical requirements of the client and formulate technical integration solution & plan
• Manage the complete lifecycle of the project, ensuring a smooth transition from initiation to completion
• Onboard and seamlessly integrate new clients into the system through comprehensive planning, efficient execution, and continuous monitoring
• Foster collaboration and information flow among diverse internal & external stakeholders to ensure alignment on expectations, proactive risk management, and transparent progress tracking
• Develop technical specifications for clients, manage the progression of projects and oversee the development/testing phases until completion
• Develop in-depth service descriptions/workflows documentations for the BAU teams once the project is live
• Develop analytical reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders using PostgreSQL/SQL with DML statements
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and resolve any issues that arise in the project during the Testing phase including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Assist the client throughout the UAT phase in terms of queries/issues and resolve them promptly by conducting RCA

Requirements

• Completed or following a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical/Software Project Management or Technical Client integration
• Experienced with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
• Highly skilled and experienced in understanding database schema and creating/writing technical specifications
• Posses experience in working with database languages preferably Data Manipulation Language (DML) statements using PostgreSQL and SQL
• Skilled in markup languages, preferably in XML and HTML
• Ability to understand the complete project workflow and create in-depth service workflow/descriptions
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex technical problems and develop creative solutions
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous and detail-oriented to ensure accurate data mapping and flawless system integration
• Excellent communication skills in English language (Verbal / Written)
• Ability to work independently and flexibility to work for extended hours
