About the Role: As an Office Clerk, you’ll be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that ensure the office runs efficiently. Your role will be crucial in supporting our marketing team and ensuring that day-to-day operations are organized and productive.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide general information.
- Manage office supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
- Maintain and update office records and databases with accuracy.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and organizing office events.
- Prepare and file documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
