About the Role: As an Office Clerk, you’ll be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that ensure the office runs efficiently. Your role will be crucial in supporting our marketing team and ensuring that day-to-day operations are organized and productive.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide general information.
  • Manage office supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
  • Maintain and update office records and databases with accuracy.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and organizing office events.
  • Prepare and file documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
