As a Catalogue Management Specialist In this role, you’ll be managing Content Management Systems (CMS) for our record label clients. You’ll tackle reference overlaps, identify invalid references, and resolve non-manual disputes – ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and own Content Management System activities for assigned record label clients (Reference overlaps, Invalid references and Non manual disputes).
  • Review and take actions to the issues that are automatically placed by Content ID ( Non-Manual Disputes) within 30 days.
  • Maintaining excellent collaboration within the team.
  • Maintaining good behavior within the team.
  • Maintaining the quality and accuracy of the work.
  • Assist others and team with special projects as needed.
  • Establish and foster positive working relationships and positive personality.
  • Continuous improvement through feedback.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Requirements

  • GCE A/Ls or GCE O/L or equivalent qualification.
  • Research skills and analytical skills to analyze the client’s catalog.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Advance computer fundamentals (MS office and google sheets).
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience in music and exceptional ear.
  • Sound knowledge in email communication
  • Positive attitude and a pleasant personality
  • Flexibility to work for extended working hours
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in the overnight shift (6.30pm-2.30am)
