Our European headquarters are located in the Netherlands (Amersfoort) and local offices in the UK, France (Paris) and Germany (Berlin). We market our skincare via different business models: direct-to-consumer via our own websites (in UK, Germany, France, The Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Denmark), via marketplaces (Amazon and Bol.com), via selected retail partners, including Galeries Lafayette, Space NK, Selfridges, De Bijenkorf, Douglas and via selected e-tailers including Skincity and CultBeauty.

What will you be doing?

You will be supporting the Brand Director Europe in:

  • Planning brand campaigns in line with overall marketing calendar
  • Using consumer insights to define creative story-telling of campaigns
  • Executing brand campaigns coordinating relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparing campaign reporting: setting, tracking and analysing KPIs
  • Gathering market trends, competitors and consumer insights.
  • Coordinating and executing brand projects/activities, such as 360 brand campaigns and press material.
  • Tracking and analysing monthly Brand KPIs
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to launch new products in the European market.

Who are we looking for?

  1. Bachelor degree in Marketing or similar
  2. Preferably 2-4 years’ work experience/internship in a similar position, experience in cosmetics and (r)etail industry is a great advantage
  3. Affinity with beauty and preferably skincare
  4. Entrepreneurial creative mindset with strong project management skills
  5. Excellent planning and organization skills
  6. Accuracy, attention to details
  7. Team player with strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  8. Excellent stakeholders’ management skills
  9. Able to work independently
  10. Experience with Scrum and/or Kanban, in an Agile environment is a plus
