As a Placement Specialist each day, you’ll be…

  • Assess client’s current and historical exposures to determine appropriate insurance coverage.
  • Collaborate with client teams to design effective placement strategies that align with clients’ risk profiles and business objectives.
  • Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with insurance carriers to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Stay informed about market trends, emerging risks, and changes in the insurance landscape to provide informed recommendations.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients regarding coverage options, market conditions, and strategic advice.
  • Ensure all placement activities are accurately documented in the workflow system for compliance and follow-up purposes.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by clients or internal teams, providing timely solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with underwriters, carriers, and other stakeholders to enhance service.

What We Would Like You To Have…

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Management, Insurance, Business, or related areas).
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with insurance providers and internal teams.
  • Strong ability to prepare and manage detailed reports.
  • High attention to detail and able to work independently or in a team environment.
