What Is The Job

Assist current coordinators to action and complete work orders

What will be expected of you?

  • Work Order (WO) Management
  • Receive and review WOs: Accept and check SOS, Store Closure, and Diesel WOs after AC approval.
  • Supplier/Contractor Assignment
  • Assign and communicate WOs: Quickly allocate WOs to suppliers/contractors and inform them via WhatsApp.
  • Communication & Follow-ups
  • Record and manage responses: Document supplier/contractor responses and handle calls professionally.
  • Monitor emails: Log comments on WOs and keep stores and ACs informed.
  • System & Invoice Support
  • Assist with invoices: Help suppliers/contractors load invoices and guide stores on WO closure.
  • Quotations & Approvals
  • Track quotations: Ensure timely approval of pending quotations.
  • PO & Work Progress Monitoring
  • Confirm receipt and ETA: Ensure contractors receive POs and provide ETA for work.
  • Verify completion: Check work completion and confirm WO closure.

Are you qualified?

  • Diploma or Advanced certificates
  • QSR/Retail exposure

  • Cool under pressure: Handle urgent matters swiftly.
  • Tech-savvy: Master of email and work order systems.
  • Team player: Collaborate with a customer-first mindset.
