Job Description
Manufacturing, supplying, and installing steel roofing, wall cladding, light framing, and structural systems in the Philippines for over 20 years.
The Role
- Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output
- Organizing training and educational manuals for the production team
- Assistance in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires
- Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility
- Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
- Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency
- Maintaining communication between employees and senior executives to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood
- Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing operations
- 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing or production setting
- Observe and adhere to safety regulations and company Code of Discipline
- Strong Communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and quality assurance
- Having knowledge of steel roofing and wall cladding systems is an advantage
- Residing in Bulacan or nearby areas
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
- You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
