- Responsible for smooth & proper implementation of construction projects from conception to completion
- Involve in plan checking, simple layout drafting, project inception feasibility study, design conceptual and development
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and authorities
- Monitor construction works to ensure completion within deadline and according to design and specification
- Attend authorities and consultants meetings & prepare reports
- Coordinate with internal department such as Quantity Surveyor to work on the issues of contract, building materials and specification
- Other duties assigned
Job Requirements
- Preferable candidate who possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized institution
- Preferably 2 year(s) of working experiences in property development or construction industry
- Familiar with work scheduling / planning and good in report writing
- Possess a positive attitude, ability to organize, plan, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Required skill(s): MS Office, Excel, MS Project, Power Point, Autocad, etc.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
