  • Responsible for smooth & proper implementation of construction projects from conception to completion
  • Involve in plan checking, simple layout drafting, project inception feasibility study, design conceptual and development
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants and authorities
  • Monitor construction works to ensure completion within deadline and according to design and specification
  • Attend authorities and consultants meetings & prepare reports
  • Coordinate with internal department such as Quantity Surveyor to work on the issues of contract, building materials and specification
  • Other duties assigned

Job Requirements

  • Preferable candidate who possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized institution
  • Preferably 2 year(s) of working experiences in property development or construction industry
  • Familiar with work scheduling / planning and good in report writing
  • Possess a positive attitude, ability to organize, plan, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, Excel, MS Project, Power Point, Autocad, etc.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
