Job Description
Develop and implement MEP strategies to optimize energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness in projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to integrate MEP systems with overall project design and construction.
Oversee the selection and procurement of MEP equipment, materials, and services, ensuring compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to uphold MEP installation standards and regulatory compliance.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation.
Manage MEP project budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to MEP systems and incorporate relevant advancements into project designs.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to provide updates on MEP project status, challenges, and solutions.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental standards in MEP project execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
Master’s degree in Engineering or Project Management (preferred).
