- Organize meetings and provide timely reminders to the executive;
- Draft and oversee letters, inquiries, and other documents;
- Coordinate the work of the team members working with the executive.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
- Proficiency in computer usage (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Fluency in Azerbaijani; English proficiency at least at the “Intermediate” level;
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team;
- Open-minded, eager to learn, and continuously improve;
- Ability to analyze data and complete tasks using provided materials.
