Job Description
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Operations is responsible to function as the Business Manager for all the Operational Department, to ensure that all the smooth operation successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable. Preferably from the Food & Beverage background
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Operations or Director of F&B. Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
