What’s the role on offer?
Alliance Airlines is looking for an experienced Cabin Crew Ground Instructor to join our team based at the Head Office near Brisbane Airport. Reporting to the Cabin Crew Standards Manager, this full-time role will see you playing a crucial part in conducting training and assessments for Crew, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory safety standards. As the Cabin Crew Ground Instructor, you will prepare, deliver, and assess various safety and emergency procedure courses for cabin crew, actively contributing to maintaining a high standard of training and ensuring proficiency and safety across all operational aspects.
- Prepare and maintain a compliant and effective training environment in line with company and regulatory standards
- Develop and deliver comprehensive safety and emergency procedure courses for cabin crew
- Conduct proficiency assessments and complete necessary documentation for aircrew training records
- Provide remedial training and ongoing support to trainees and aircrew to ensure competency
- Stay current with industry knowledge and regulatory updates to maintain instructor approval
- Monitor and improve training effectiveness by reviewing feedback and adjusting course content as needed

Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation safety training with the ability to engage and support trainees effectively. Previous experience as cabin crew, particularly in a leadership role is highly preferred.
- Background in training and/or relevant training qualification (preferred)
- Previous approval to conduct proficiency tests with the company or another operator (desirable)
- Experience as cabin crew is preferred, with supervisory experience an advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in the use of training aids and media
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and ensure continual learning and improvement
