- Drive end to end execution / implementation of operational plans through the team for the zone within the site
- Supervise the deployment, configurations and maintenance of security systems such as firewalls, intrusions detection system and access controls operations for men, material & vehicles
- Maintain close oversight over sabotage incidents and ensure conclusive investigation & outcomes to identify & take appropriate legal action on perpetrators in collaboration with legal team
- Supervise the plan of security events as per the annual security plan to ensure the safety of its employees, assets, and operations.
- Identify and develop intelligence network to gather inputs on the emerging security threats and trends in internal and external environment that may impact the security of the site & design response measures as necessary
- Conduct investigation of security incidents and breaches, and provide recommendations to prevent similar incidents in the future
- Facilitate internal and third party security audits, mock drills and surprise checks to ensure reliability of Security management system
- Analyze the data to anticipate losses, conduct security risk assessments and mitigate any external elements that could hamper business performance
- Vigilantly monitor and track instances of non-compliance, employing a proactive approach to identify deviations from established standards and regulations
