Roles And Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs, provide expert advice, and offer customized travel solutions.
  • Coordinate with educational institutions under the Podar network to plan educational tours and travel arrangements.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints efficiently to improve service quality and client relations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to continually refine and enhance the tour service portfolio.
  • Maintain all necessary administrative records related to tours, such as contracts, itineraries, and booking details.
  • Actively contribute to promotional activities aimed at increasing interest and participation in travel services offered by Podar.
