- Job Posting & Sourcing:
oCreate and post job openings on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
oProactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and networking events.
- Screening & Shortlisting:
oReview resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
oConduct phone interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination:
oSchedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
oAssist in the preparation of interview questions and ensure smooth interview processes.
- Candidate Communication:
oMaintain regular communication with candidates, providing feedback and updates throughout the recruitment process.
oEnsure a positive candidate experience by addressing questions and providing timely responses.
- Offer Management & Onboarding:
oExtend job offers to selected candidates and coordinate employment agreements.
oFacilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, contracts, and orientation materials.
- Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:
oTrack key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
oReport on recruitment performance and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
- Performance Management:
oSupport the performance review process, including tracking goals, assisting with feedback, and maintaining records.
oHelp coordinate and implement employee development programs to address performance gaps.
- HR Reporting & Analytics:
oGenerate HR reports on key metrics such as headcount, turnover, and training needs.
oTrack employee leave balances, absences, and ensure accurate documentation for compliance purposes.
- Employee Engagement & Retention:
oAssist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive workplace culture.
oSupport retention initiatives through regular communication, feedback collection, and addressing employee concerns.
Skills And Qualifications
Educational Background:
oBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
oRelevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) are a plus.
Experience
o2-5 years of experience in HR recruitment and general HR administration.
oPrior experience in recruitment, on boarding, payroll, and employee relations, Posh policies understanding and implementing, Salary negotiations, off boarding form realities.
Technical Skills
oProficient with HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job boards.
oStrong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR analytics tools.
Soft Skills
oStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both employees and external candidates.
oExceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
oAttention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently.
