Job Overview

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the team of waiters to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Ensure the highest standards of service by training and mentoring new and existing staff.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless delivery of services to guests.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu and be able to make suitable recommendations to guests.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints swiftly and effectively.
  • Oversee reservation bookings and manage seating arrangements during peak hours.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards within the dining area.
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations.
