We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Waiter for a senior position within our hospitality team at Cafe De Voyage, located in South Goa across Navelim, Canacona, and Kankon. Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the team of waiters to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Ensure the highest standards of service by training and mentoring new and existing staff.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless delivery of services to guests.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu and be able to make suitable recommendations to guests.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints swiftly and effectively.
- Oversee reservation bookings and manage seating arrangements during peak hours.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards within the dining area.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations.
