Providing support to our internal recruitment team, you’ll assist in the onboarding of a range of staff and workforce roles, verifying compliance, creating letters of offer and ensuring a seamless onboarding for all our people.

Our role

Reporting to our Recruitment Lead, this support role will see you:

  • Drafting and creating employment contracts, conducting reference checks and booking pre-employment medicals
  • Assist with employee document storage and maintaining employee files
  • Support data and system integrity for our recruitment and various employee management systems
  • Perform compliance audits of current onboarding candidates to ensure site compliance
  • Manage and assist with Labour Hire employe onboarding activities
  • Provide timely updates to our valued candidates through the various steps within our recruitment process
  • Exemplify and encourage the core values of the business
  • Broadly assist with recruitment reporting and key metric tracking

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in a Recruitment Administration position, ideally within the resources or construction industry
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including adapting communication styles to suit different audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and be solution focused
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Office and business systems.
  • Independent, self-motivated with commitment to deliver outcomes and objectives
  • Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and willing to make a difference
