Internship Program Manager Responsibilities include:
- Partner with department leads and talent acquisition team to build a scalable model for supporting interns as their intern manager
- Design and deliver programs that provide participants with a meaningful experience and equitable experience, attracting and converting top intern talent to potential employee
- Build a strong program support structure
- Partner with internal teams to develop, scale, and refine tools to support the internship program
- Communicate goals, successes, and best practices with the broader team and key partners
- Partner with preferred universities across the country, building strong relationships with professors and key stakeholders
- Possible travel
Must Haves:
- Manage company wide project workstreams from planning to execution
- 3 to 5 years experience working as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or Recruiter supporting creative, technical, and/or marketing stakeholders
- 3 to 5 years experience in the following:
- working cross-functionally and a self-starter
- communicating across all levels of an organization
- working with broad and geographically dispersed organizations, programs, and projects with a company-wide impact, including management of multiple concurrent projects
- using a data-driven approach to solving problems
- synthesizing data and making recommendations
- solid organizational skills
- working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, including navigating complex ambiguity
- A love for gaming
Nice to Haves:
- Experience building communication plans/strategies at scale
- Games industry experience
- Experience starting a large-scale intern program within a games studio
- 3+ years experience working as a University recruiter
- TGC fan with deep knowledge of our games

The salary range for this position is $60,000 USD to $90,000 USD annually with the opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. Employees in this position are eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefit programs, which currently include the following: medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.
