About the role:
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Copywriter to join our dynamic marketing team. You will be responsible for crafting compelling, informative, and on-brand copy across multiple channels—including blog articles, website content, social media, advertisements, and more.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to develop and maintain Willow’s brand voice, while also interfacing with our Patient Services and Operations teams to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance in all of our communications.

Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Write engaging blog posts on topics related to GLP-1 weight loss treatments, telemedicine, and overall wellness.
- Develop persuasive marketing copy for email campaigns, landing pages, product descriptions, and newsletters.
- Craft concise, compelling social media captions that drive engagement and communicate our brand’s values.
- Create attention-grabbing ad copy for digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with Patient Services and Operations teams to produce user-friendly documentation, FAQs, and instructional materials.
Requirements:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or a similarly regulated industry.
- Writing Skills:
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex medical or technical information in an accessible, engaging manner.
- Technical & Marketing Know-How:
- Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing best practices.
- Experience writing copy for diverse platforms (website, social media, email, blog, ads, etc.).
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback, adapting copy to meet brand and compliance requirements.
- Other Requirements:
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
- Comfortable adhering to healthcare industry guidelines and best practices.
- Passion for health, wellness, and innovation.
