Job Description
We are looking for Key Account Manager who can demonstrate a track record of success in the B2B (Business to Business) sector – particularly with regard to end users. To carry out account development and relationship management activities to maximize sales, in accordance with agreed business plans. A passion for customer service is essential, along with commercial astuteness, excellent presentation and communication skills. Drive volume and grow business portfolio in accounts and on annual, monthly, customer and brand basis. Manage relationships with accounts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a B2B Sales Manager or Key Account Manager
- Excellent computer skills, including advanced Excel and MS Office
- Must have the ability to be aggressive and persistent with sales
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and relationship building skills
- Demonstrate sound judgment and problem solving skills, and ability to work autonomously
- Managing complex customer relationships
- Excellent Negotiation and Persuasive Selling Skills
- Placement in all Lotte wholesale stores (Lotte Shopping Indonesia) in Indonesia
