Salary Range: $15.00 – $18.00 Hourly

Description

Summary

Lift Operations Office Administrators work closely with lift operators and lift operations manager to coordinate day-to-day operations including scheduling, time approval, paperwork, hiring, etc.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create the schedule for the Lift Operations Team
  • Conduct hiring processes for the Lift Operations Team including, but not limited to, emailing applicants, scheduling interviews, sending offer letters, and initiating onboarding
  • Approve time cards and time change requests as needed
  • Answer phone calls and answer inquiries from other departments or guests
  • Answer radio calls to coordinate communication between lift operators and management
  • Email department updates to the appropriate individuals
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must have basic computer knowledge (i.e. Google Workspace, Microsoft)
  • Must be willing to learn and able to learn quickly
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be fast and efficient
  • Must be organized
  • Must work well with others

  • Seasonal, full-time
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
