Job Description: We are looking for a skilled IT specialist to manage various IT and administrative functions within our team. The ideal candidate is organized and proactive, with experience in IT and account administration tasks and a strong focus on cybersecurity. This role primarily involves managing SharePoint sites, maintaining user accounts, troubleshooting applications, and supporting network and hardware needs. Additionally, the specialist will play a key role in researching, implementing, and documenting cybersecurity controls to ensure compliance with industry standards, such as CMMC. This includes assessing cybersecurity requirements, providing actionable recommendations to leadership, and executing strategies to mitigate risks. The candidate will oversee the development of operational and maintenance plans, control implementations, policy writing, and training initiatives to support cybersecurity objectives. They will also manage and maintain cybersecurity documentation in platforms such as Prevail and Futurefeed, ensuring that all controls are properly recorded, tracked, and updated. This position combines IT expertise with a commitment to enhancing the organization’s overall security posture.Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain SharePoint sites and libraries, including corporate and partner collaboration platforms.
- Manage user accounts, including creation, access control, password resets, and deactivation for hires and separations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot applications such as Adobe, Office 365, Microsoft Defender, Intune, Prevail, Futurefeed, Cisco Meraki, 8×8.
- Support and maintain IT assets, including hardware inventory and procurement recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with CMMC cybersecurity controls by researching, implementing, documenting, and maintaining controls in tools like Prevail and Futurefeed.
- Provide cybersecurity monitoring and incident response for tools such as Cisco Meraki.
- Support phone systems (8X8) and network infrastructure (UPN), troubleshooting related issues.
- Oversee website and domain support, ensuring proper functionality and updates.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and vendor management for IT-related needs.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and training documentation.
- Budling Access ManagementQualifications:
- Some college education preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support and administration.
- Security + Certification (Equivalent or Higher)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in IT administration, user management, and application support.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as CMMC, and experience implementing and maintaining compliance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple platforms and systems.
- Proficiency in tools such as SharePoint, Office 365, Cisco Meraki, and other IT monitoring applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
