Are you a passionate and organised individual looking for a role where you can make a tangible difference in the lives of children and young people? Our dynamic CAMHS team in the beautiful Fylde and Wyre area of Lancashire needs you!

As our Team Coordinator, you’ll be the vital link ensuring the smooth running of our service. You’ll be the first point of contact for the team supporting families, providing a welcoming and reassuring presence to the team as they navigate challenging times. Your work will directly contribute to helping children access the mental health support they need to thrive. You will be supported by a dedicated Service Manager, along with a dedicated Head of Clinical Service.

You’ll Be Responsible For

Managing referrals and coordinating appointments, ensuring timely access to care.

Providing exceptional leadership, clinically and managerially leading the team along with administrative support to our clinical team.

Being a friendly and efficient point of contact for families, schools, GPs and other agencies across our communities.

Maintaining accurate and confidential records.

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.

The Trust also provides a range of physical health and well-being services in the community alongside a range of partners in the Lancashire, Cumbria and Sefton area.
