Sr Manager – Litigation

• Someone who has atleast 5 years of experience in handling civil and commercial litigations, which includes but not limited to handling commercial suits, commercial arbitrations, NCLT proceedings, writ petitions etc.
• Someone who is well conversant with the court procedure, various rules and Orders under CPC, provisions of IBC, Arbitration act etc.
• Someone who is having experience in drafting legal notices, plaints, writ petitions, rejoinders, written submissions.
• Experience with some law firm/law office/chamber would be relevant.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: LLB
• Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience
