  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, selecting candidates)
  • Good skills in the payroll system and HR system (BPJS, etc.)
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing follow-up as needed.
  • Participate in onboarding processes, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
  • Address basic employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Willing to work from the office at the heart of Sudirman, Jakarta.
