- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, selecting candidates)
- Good skills in the payroll system and HR system (BPJS, etc.)
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing follow-up as needed.
- Participate in onboarding processes, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
- Address basic employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Willing to work from the office at the heart of Sudirman, Jakarta.
