We are seeking a Data Entry Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Data Entry Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our company’s data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into our database systems accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform data quality checks and ensure that all information is complete and correct
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files
- Communicate with different departments to gather and verify data
- Conduct research and gather data from external sources
- Assist with creating and maintaining data reports and spreadsheets
- Troubleshoot any data entry issues and escalate to the appropriate parties
Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry and database management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
