Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data into our database systems accurately and in a timely manner
  • Perform data quality checks and ensure that all information is complete and correct
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files
  • Communicate with different departments to gather and verify data
  • Conduct research and gather data from external sources
  • Assist with creating and maintaining data reports and spreadsheets
  • Troubleshoot any data entry issues and escalate to the appropriate parties

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data entry and database management
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
