We’re Hiring a Human Resources Generalist to Join Our Team!

As an HR Generalist at Vheda Health, you will play a vital role in supporting our organization’s human resources operations and contributing to strategic HR initiatives. We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative professional who can effectively manage HR administrative functions while helping to foster a positive company culture. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a passion for employee development. Your expertise will help us maintain operational excellence while supporting our mission to improve health equity for underserved populations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee documentation, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance.
  • Support full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting management, interview coordination, and new hire onboarding.
  • Assist with benefits administration and serve as the first point of contact for employee benefit inquiries.
  • Coordinate and help deliver training and development programs, leveraging experience in learning and development.
  • Process HR-related paperwork including new hires, terminations, and status changes while maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Assist with employee relations matters and help foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Contribute to HR strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned.
  • Help coordinate performance review processes and maintain related documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational abilities and demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment.
  • Experience in customer service or employee-facing roles.

Additional Preferred Skills

  • Previous HR administrative experience or internship.
  • Background in training and development.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • SHRM membership or interest in pursuing HR certifications.
  • Experience with benefits administration.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities.
