Xssentials is seeking an Office Assistant living in Eagle County to join our dynamic team.

As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role combines receptionist and administrative responsibilities, making it an exciting opportunity for individuals who are organized, friendly, and detail oriented.

Job Responsibilities:

As an Office Assistant at Xssentials, you will be responsible for:

  • Front Desk Management: Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department.

Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and team members in a warm and professional manner. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Unlock and lock doors during office hours.

  • Administrative Support / Office Operations: Perform clerical duties, including mailing and filing correspondence. Assist with setting up new client accounts. Assist in billing and collecting payments when necessary. Maintain stock of supplies, order supplies, and distribute them where necessary.
  • Customer Relations: Interact with clients, visitors, and vendors to address inquiries and provide information about our services.

Desired Skills and Traits:

The ideal candidate for this position should reside in Eagle County and possess:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Organizational Skills: Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in using office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office Suite and Xssentials Customer Relations Management software (CRM ).
  • Professionalism: Professional appearance and demeanor. Enthusiastic and reliable. Ability to maintain a strict level of confidence. Highly motivated and able to prioritize efficiently.
  • Company Awareness: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain the overall functionality and appearance of the office. Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Commitment to Growth: A commitment to personal and professional growth, continuously advancing your organizational, computer, and customer relationship skills.

This is a full time in-person position with starting Hourly Rate of $25 to $35 depending on background and experience.
