Job Title: Patient Enrollment Specialist

Position Overview:

StrideMD is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Patient Enrollment Specialist to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for potential patients interested in our remote patient monitoring program, you will play a vital role in guiding them through the enrollment process. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for patient care. This is a full-time, in-office position within a fast-paced environment, where you will ensure a seamless and supportive experience for each patient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for potential patients, introducing them to StrideMD’s remote patient monitoring program and assessing their eligibility
  • Provide clear and comprehensive information about services, addressing inquiries and emphasizing program benefits in a patient-friendly manner
  • Personalize solutions to meet patient needs and guide them through the enrollment process, ensuring they feel supported and confident
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, leveraging insights to improve enrollment strategies
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to optimize the patient enrollment process
  • Meet and exceed patient engagement and enrollment targets, contributing to program growth and success
  • Organize and schedule patient appointments, manage medical records, and coordinate insurance documentation
  • Respond promptly and accurately to patient calls and inquiries, ensuring their needs are addressed with care and professionalism
  • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of company services and enrollment procedures
  • Adhere to all company policies and compliance standards

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with patients
  • Experience in patient-facing or customer service roles; call center experience is a plus
  • Strong ability to deliver exceptional service while maintaining a patient-centered approach
  • Empathy, patience, and a commitment to helping patients navigate the enrollment process
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience will also be considered

Schedule:

  • Availability for shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with flexible scheduling options

Compensation:

  • Total compensation ranging from $45,000 to $70,000
