Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts across all Annie Aesthetic clinics. This role will focus on identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent, including clinical practitioners, in-clinic administrators, and corporate roles. You will work closely with leadership to ensure that recruitment aligns with our business goals and cultural values.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Strategic Recruitment Planning:
    • Execute talent acquisition strategies to support rapid growth at our clinics and the corporate team.
    • Collaborate with Annie Aesthetic COO and leadership team to forecast staffing needs across the organization.
  • Sourcing and Talent Pool Development:
    • Work with the team to proactively build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates for clinical, operational, and corporate roles.
    • Leverage various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Candidate Screening and Selection:
    • Conduct initial screenings and shepherd candidates through the end-to-end interview process.
    • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and evaluate candidate fit.
  • Onboarding and Integration:
    • Work closely with HR, Annie Aesthetic team, and Clinic Leaders to design seamless onboarding experiences.
    • Ensure cultural alignment during candidate selection and integration processes.
  • Metrics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to refine strategies and ensure efficiency.
    • Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment progress and market trends.

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years managing a full cycle recruitment program
  • Experience in the healthcare industry/recruiting for Medical providers is a plus
  • The ability to be an impactful communicator, providing a high-quality experience all candidates, regardless of the outcome of their interview process.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a focus on results.
  • The ability to lead project management initiatives with a high level of detail, from start to finish
  • Must be able to prioritize various workstreams and operate with a sense of urgency
