Account Manager for Business as usual “BAU” Issues / Requests for the assigned banks.

Responsibilities

  • Managing all BAU issues through our ticketing system “Jira”, emails, updating the weekly sheet for escalations and challenges.
  • Prepare the monthly service review reports and preset it to our clients.
  • Follow the incident / Problem Management process.
  • Attending physical meetings with the assigned banks.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field.

Experience Type

  • Preferred to have previous experience on a relevant team/field.
  • Good Presentation skills.
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft office App.

Job Specific Skills:

  • Good Command of English language.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint) skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
