What To Expect
- Facilitates resolution of financial issues between payers and LabCorp.
- Compiles, models, validates and analyzes data to understand current trends, facilitating well-informed decisions.
- Analyzes A/R trends and issues using appropriate reporting tools and facilitates necessary action to resolve.
- Assists Reimbursement Analysts on more complex projects, providing research support as necessary.
- Composes letters/memorandum /facilitates meetings
- Manages time and tasks independently under minimal supervision?
- Performs successfully in an adaptable and flexible team environment??
Education And Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years’ work experience required; RCM Third Party medical billing strongly preferred.
- LCBS knowledge preferred
- Previous analytical skills (in A/R support) strongly preferred

- Root cause analysis skills
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills, preferred
- Basic MS Access skills
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills

Pay Range: $43,500-$55,000 (State minimum wages apply if higher)
Shift: Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm EST
