Head of Sales & Events

We’re looking for a Head of Sales and Events to lead business development at our Caravan Restaurants, create unforgettable experiences, and drive growth through bold outbound strategies and strong corporate relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Outbound Sales Leadership: Develop and execute an ambitious outbound sales strategy targeting corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses. Build a strong pipeline of leads through networking, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.
• High-Impact Events: Plan and deliver high-quality events, from bespoke corporate experiences to full venue hires, collaborating with teams to exceed expectations.
• Corporate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring Caravan is their top choice for events and dining. Organise networking events and showcases to highlight our offerings.
• Strategic Development: Partner with Marketing and Operations teams to create innovative campaigns, identify new revenue streams, and maintain a competitive edge.
• Reservations Management: Oversee the reservations system and ensure processes align with our customer-centric approach.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Ensure your team upholds Caravan’s values in every interaction.
• Data & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, event trends, and customer feedback. Provide actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.
