Currently, we are looking for an ambitious Litigation Manager to join our team for full-time employment in our beautiful office in Sao Paulo.

As a Litigation Manager at our company, we expect you to be responsible for the following:

• Manage and coordinate all company litigation processes, including judicial and administrative disputes.
• Manage judicial and other public authority communications received by the company.
• Control of deadlines, SLAs and KPIs.
• Develop legal strategies to defend the company’s interests in legal disputes.
• Provide preventive legal counsel to minimize the risk of future litigation.
• Represent the company before government and judicial bodies when necessary.
• Coordinate work with external law firms and specialized consultants.
• Prepare reports and presentations on litigation matters.

Required Skills

• English intermediate (B2 level)
• Relevant experience in litigation
• Previous experience with people leadership and management

Will Be Considered a Plus

• Post graduation in Civil Processes
• Experience in the iGaming market
• Highly self-motivated with a hands on profile
