Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Full-Desk Recruiter to join our team in the ABA industry. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including business development, candidate sourcing, and placement coordination. You will play a critical role in connecting passionate professionals with meaningful opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source, screen and recruit candidates for center-based ABA roles
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various platforms
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates in the ABA industry, including Behavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and administrative staff
- Utilize job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and professional associations to build a strong talent pipeline
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match organizational needs and culture
Placement Coordination:
- Present qualified candidates to internal department leadership and coordinate interviews
- Manage offer negotiations
- Provide follow-up support to ensure successful placements and retention
Market Research & Insights:
- Stay informed about trends and challenges in the ABA industry, including licensing requirements, salary benchmarks, and workforce demands
- Provide market intelligence to leadership to guide hiring decisions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a full-desk recruiter, preferably in the healthcare or ABA field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and requisitions simultaneously
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for connecting talent with meaningful opportunities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience recruiting for RBTs, BCBAs, and ABA support roles
- Knowledge of state and national ABA certifications and licensure requirements
- Familiarity with industry platforms such as Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) resources
