Talent Acquisition Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Full-Desk Recruiter to join our team in the ABA industry. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including business development, candidate sourcing, and placement coordination. You will play a critical role in connecting passionate professionals with meaningful opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source, screen and recruit candidates for center-based ABA roles
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various platforms

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates in the ABA industry, including Behavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and administrative staff
• Utilize job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and professional associations to build a strong talent pipeline
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match organizational needs and culture

Placement Coordination:

• Present qualified candidates to internal department leadership and coordinate interviews
• Manage offer negotiations
• Provide follow-up support to ensure successful placements and retention

Market Research & Insights:

• Stay informed about trends and challenges in the ABA industry, including licensing requirements, salary benchmarks, and workforce demands
• Provide market intelligence to leadership to guide hiring decisions

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a full-desk recruiter, preferably in the healthcare or ABA field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and requisitions simultaneously
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for connecting talent with meaningful opportunities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience recruiting for RBTs, BCBAs, and ABA support roles
• Knowledge of state and national ABA certifications and licensure requirements
• Familiarity with industry platforms such as Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) resources
