Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal stock levels by conducting regular stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
- Track inward and outward movement of goods, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials, tools, consumables, and spare parts critical for production.
- Collaborate with the procurement team for timely ordering of materials based on production requirements.
- Verify quality and quantity of received materials against purchase orders.
- Ensure proper storage of materials with clear labeling and systematic arrangement.
- Implement best practices for material handling to prevent damage or wastage.
- Supervise loading and unloading of goods, ensuring safety standards.
- Maintain up-to-date records of inventory using ERP systems or other inventory management software.
- Prepare and submit regular stock status reports and stock variance analysis.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, including safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized storage areas as per 5S and other industrial best practices.
- Guide and supervise store assistants or helpers in day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with production, quality control, and logistics teams for seamless material flow.

Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Qualification: Graduation is a must
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse management in a manufacturing/plant environment.
