Job Description

Broadvoice is looking for a Sales Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this dynamic position, you are responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of sales related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity. Your contribution as a researcher, and analyzer will evaluate performance based on key indicators. If you are passionate about creating standard and custom reports, conduct quantitative and qualitative target analysis, internal support to maintain data integrity within the CRM, we want to talk to you!

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data.
  • Monitoring, and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends.
  • Providing actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams
  • Review past and current sales data to determine trends in productivity
  • Present actionable information and insights
  • Create new reports and dashboards
  • Support Sales Management: KPI/Scorecard development and distribution, maintain weekly/monthly/annual reporting.
  • CRM Maintenance and Standardization: Salesforce super user.
  • Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization
  • Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com: Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
  • Excellent project management skills, and effective time management skills.
  • High-level experience in methodologies and processes for data collection
  • Self-motivated, flexible, with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities
  • Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field
  • A strong, detailed orientated and high standard of quality and accuracy
