Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to manage day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless coordination across various business functions. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner, providing comprehensive administrative and operational support while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support

Manage calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including approvals, emails.

Strategic Coordination

  • Serve as a liaison with internal/external stakeholders.

Track and follow up on key deliverables, projects, and deadlines.

Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and correspondence as needed.

Event and Travel Management

  • Plan and organize executive-level meetings, team events, and other engagements.

Oversee travel logistics, including itinerary planning and expense management.

Pre-plan events and create contingency plans for seamless execution.

Office Management

  • Maintain organized records and filing systems, both digital and physical.

Assist in budget tracking and processing expense reports.

  • Confidentiality and Discretion

Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Act as a trusted advisor in supporting initiatives and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.

Proven experience in an executive assistant or high-level administrative role.

Track record of maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in usage of online tools like Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Sheets, Expense Management applications …etc
