About the Role:
The Regional Quality Coordinator will maintain quality systems in the regions, implementing quality procedures, training, auditing, reporting, reviewing, recommending corrective actions, follow up, updating procedures and SQA forms.
To be successful in this role, you must have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in the food manufacturing industry.
- Experience in the poultry industry will be preferred.
- Should be able to conduct regular inspections and audits of production facilities and processes.
- Should have experience on Investigation and resolve quality issues and customer complaints.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, FSMA).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
