The Role

As a Junior Partnership/Marketing Manager, you will contribute to user growth and brand awareness by managing partnerships and maintaining relationships with local transit authorities and leading brands. Your responsibilities will include supporting marketing and PR initiatives, creating localized content, identifying collaboration opportunities, and activating partnerships across various marketing channels.

You will play a key role in driving partnerships from initiation to execution. This will involve leveraging your local expertise to secure unique transit data, collaborate on promotional activities with different stakeholders, and enhance Moovit’s position as the top local transit app.

Responsibilities

  • Support the business efforts, overview and execute relevant deals for user growth, and brand awareness, build and maintain relationships with the local transit authorities and leading brands
  • Support marketing and PR efforts in the market according to defined targets and available budget liaising with different internal stakeholders
  • Facilitate local content creation for product and marketing projects
  • Identify special events that influence the local public transportation

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, management, business, or similar
  • Excellent communicator and very high presentation skills
  • Mother tongue Italian and must be able to speak and write in English to communicate with the Moovit team
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Independent, be able to execute projects with little supervision
  • Ability to travel to visit partners/customers – (10%-20% travel)
  • Be able to manage own time and work from home
  • Appetite for innovative technology, data-driven decision making
  • Demonstrates ability to prioritize work and be laser-focused on achieving a variety of KPIs (targets, goals and/or strategic objectives)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in account management
  • Relevant experience in creating partnerships with private or public companies
  • Loves and enjoys working in fast-paced environment and feels comfortable with a startup culture
  • Familiar with Gsuite – Slack
