Job Description

  • Plan and achieve Sales Targets of ProSodium in Poultry Segment & Cattle feed.
  • Maintain & scale customers & distribution network for ProSodium
  • Meet, engage & follow up with customers & distribution network as per defined Customer Visit Plan to meet sales targets, address customer queries & influence all concerned stakeholders.
  • Develop product knowledge & pitch it to potential customers to promote product awareness & consumption
  • Develop leads & scout for orders from Poultry players in Hubs for ProSodium
  • Identify & engage with Vets/ Consultants that prescribe Feed ingredients to Poultry Farmers so as to promote ProSodium in Feed recipe
  • Continuously monitor the market & update on prevalent trends in consumption & pricing of other Poultry Feed ingredients
  • Benchmark competition by gathering industry insights and trends that help in properly positioning ProSodium with respect to competition.
  • Develop structured mechanism for data collection to facilitate (i) Customer profiling (ii) Market trend estimates (iii) Competition tracking (iv) Provide strategic inputs for growth of business

Competencies Required

  • Proven track record in meeting revenue & sales nos.
  • Knowledge of Retail & Key Account Sales
  • Strong Communication & Presentation Skills
  • Self-driven, motivated & ability to come up with innovative solutions to address issues in meeting Sales targets
