What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Handle non-clinical inbound calls and escalate issues to nursing staff as needed
• Assist in the referral coordination for patients requiring services
• Navigate healthcare options and provide education on care services
• Collaborate with branch staff to follow up on patient admission status
• Utilize various tools and resources to deliver patient options and support

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare-related field or healthcare call center
• Associate degree preferred
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mb/s download speed)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong computer skills and good time management abilities
