BODYARMOR is seeking an Experiential Marketing Intern. You will provide support for the coordinating efforts across all BODYARMOR and POWERADE special events that support our Corporate Social Responsibility partners. This role is a huge opportunity to experience all the action to activate CRS partners which ground our organization in investing in the next generation, connecting brand with consumers, and defining success for event execution. Your time at BASN will develop your skills by bringing projects to life and working collaboratively with cross functional team members.??

Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete the BODYARMOR Intern Program including weekly intern driven meetings, final project presentation, weekly workshops, and attendance at our annual summit in New York.
  • Work closely with Marketing Activation team to provide support with BASN Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) partners, specifically engaging with gen Z within the East Division
  • Assist in delivering assets for BODYARMOR & POWERADE through collaboration with cross-functional teams from ideation to final delivery.?
  • Assist in the month-end reconciliation of budget versus actual spending and provide analysis of results to Business Planning Leadership and Profit Growth Management.
  • Assist in the timely and accurate management of multiple vendor relationships.
  • Contribute to the development of project timelines and schedules, ensuring adherence to required deadlines.?

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s in Communications, Marketing, Business on track to graduate no sooner than December 2025.
  • Strong analytical, creative thinking, planning, organizing, problem-solving, and writing skills.?
  • Hybrid working schedule in our Atlanta, GA location (T-W-TH Office) and Remote (M-F) required
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-starter and?team player
  • Passion for understanding the Sports Hydration category
  • Ability to travel for our Intern Summit in NYC

Monthly Compensation

$3,400-$6,700 dependent on job and degree type

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
